How quickly can a nurse start?

For most cases we can arrange the first visit within 24 hours. For urgent post-surgical or ICU-level care, call us directly and we will arrange same-day support where possible.

Do you provide care across all of Lahore?

We cover the main areas of Lahore including DHA, Gulberg, Model Town, Johar Town, Wapda Town, Garden Town, Faisal Town and surrounding localities. Call to confirm availability in your area.

Is the first assessment really free?

Yes. The home assessment and care-plan discussion are free of charge. You only pay for the care services you choose afterwards.

Can I change the schedule or the caregiver?

Absolutely. Visits can be increased, reduced or paused at any time, and if a caregiver is not the right fit we will arrange a replacement.

How do you ensure safety and quality?

All staff are licensed, background-checked and supervised. A care coordinator reviews every case and stays in contact with the family throughout.
